Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. As a courtesy to other clients on the cancellation list, we kindly require 48 hours cancellation notice if you need to re-schedule. If we don't hear from you, we'll need you to pay the full price of the missed appointment. If it's part of a package, that treatment will be considered used. If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment, and we cannot fill your space, regardless of the reason, we'll need you to pay 50% of your appointment. We really appreciate you being respectful of our time, allowing other clients to take your place.
When you arrive
When you arrive, you'll find plenty of parking on the street in front of our house. On the right side of the house, follow the stepping stones (through the gate) to the lower back patio door. Please enter without knocking. Knocking disturbs treatments in progress, and there's no need. You'll find a nice seating area where you can make yourself comfortable.
Please remove your shoes. You're welcome to step into spa slippers, test some products or just take a seat and relax. Please don't knock on the treatment room door; we know you wouldn't want someone knocking on the door while you're having your treatment.
This is a great time to take a break and have some 'me time'. Please turn your phone to silent.
If you're coming for Eyelash Extensions, Eye Lash tinting, or IPL treatments around the eye area, please bring your solution and container so you can remove your contact lenses, or just wear your glasses.
